Join the Friends of One Heart Health

We have an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in expanding their connection with One Heart Health. Come join our Friends of One Heart Health volunteer committee.

Historically, One Heart Health has benefited from the talent of its wonderful volunteer technical team of scientists, software engineers and doctors. Over the years, volunteers with non-technical skills including fundraising, accounting, marketing, video production, event planning, etc. have expressed interest in volunteering with One Heart Health as well. With the creation of the Friends of One Heart Health committee we now have a more formal community to support the organization.

Hannah Beck, the first Chair of the Friends of One Heart Health, explained that the core goal of the Friends community is to connect volunteers and create a fun environment for engagement. Volunteers of all ages are encouraged to participate. Current members of the Friends of One Heart Health community include a high schooler as well as a retired doctor. Hannah explained, “Our volunteers are involved in everything from organizing socials, to fundraising, to writing thank you cards to donors. The involvement level is very flexible, and ultimately up to you!”
